Bodega on Smith is searching for a Line Cook to work at our Deli and Speakeasy located in Providence on Smith Street.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality food in accordance with established recipes and menu
Follow all kitchen safety protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary cooking environment
Execute dietary needs as needed
Follow our established policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local standards and guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation i the kitchen, including proper receiving, storage, preparation, serving, and cleaning procedures
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation from an established and accredited cooking school is preferred
Able to follow directions but also able to give directions
Demonstrated experience in following established recipes and preparing simple, tasty meals
Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and sanitation procedures.
Well-groomed and dressed accordingly
Team player
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
