Behavior Coaches & Assistant Teachers

Our in-district classroom is hiring! We service students with a variety of disabilities and focus strongly on a proven behavioral management model to help students be successful.
Each classroom has up to ten students, a teacher, and at least one full-time behavior coach / assistant teacher.
The candidate should have a strong work-ethic and be flexible.
The candidate should also be able to learn and adapt to the PBIS model despite any previous training.
A HS diploma is required for this position but a BA degree is preferred.
A BA degree in education, social-sciences, or psychology is highly preferred.
This is an entry-level position in the school.
Training and mentorship is provided to all new hires and there are ample opportunities for growth (including tuition reimbursement).
Eligible candidates may receive a $3K sign-on bonus distributed in equal amounts at at 30, 60, and 90 days.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
