Job Description: The Role As part of the Learning & Enablement organization, you will work as a member of the Market Enablement team.
This is role will support various projects across the Client Relationship Group (CRG).
Working in partnership with the broader CRG and Intermediary Investment Client Group (IICG) teams, this role will be responsible for the design, development, and creation of impactful learning solutions, leveraging innovative design and media tools.
You will ideate, develop, and refine new learning strategies and processes while managing complex learning projects.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor's degree with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design Proven background in innovative, effective instructional design and user experience design Ability to identify and leverage an array of learning mediums and tools to drive impact and engagement.
Strong performance consulting skills Eagerness to innovate and think differently.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner In-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design and adult learning theory.
Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video, and authoring tools Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.
FINRA Series 7 and 63 required or obtained within 90 days.
The Team The Learning & Enablement team is instrumental in ensuring that the FI Intermediary Investment Client group (IICG) and the IWMS Client Relationship Group (CRG) teams have the knowledge and skills necessary to execute on the goals set forth by the business.
