i want to rent your field (New England)

Hey Folks.
I again am looking for some help.
I need to rent some land almost anyplace in New England for a private party, a couple of acres would be nice, someplace secluded with access to water and electricity.
I am a fantastic tenant, and we have great references.
I am happy to pay a more than fair rent for one weekend in July.
does anyone know anyone, who might know anyone with an open mind and some open space? If so, please send me a message.
